7th Annual Children & Parents Day Celebrating National Find A Rainbow Day on Sunday, April 1, 2012
About the 2012 Children & Parents Day: Celebrating National Find A Rainbow Day
The Museum of Lifestyle & Fashion History's Seventh Annual Children & Parents Day has a new date and new theme.  This annual family day event will be on Sunday, April 1, 2012, 12 noon to 4pm.  Target Stores is the Grand Sponsor. The 2012 theme is Celebrating National Find A Rainbow Day.

The activities for the event are inspired by Rainbows that will include various rainbow-themed arts and crafts, gardening activities and face painting.   The Science Department of the American School of Boca/Delray will also be conducting some of the Rainbow activities because of the scientific educational components about rainbows.

Other supporters of the event, to date, include the Patricia Ann Ravo Fund;  the Boris & Edith Rueger Fund, and US 1 AC Self Storage.  Sponsorship opportunities are still available for Children & Parents Day.

The purpose of this festive program is to provide a fun-filled day of family adventures with arts, crafts and history education activities for children. The arts and crafts at the event will help to encourage motor-skill development.

Admission Fees:
Admission fees are $15 per person for adults, senior citizens and children age 3 and over; free for children under age 3.  Fees are inclusive of food, activities and entertainment.  The Museum's 2012 Children & Parents Day will be held at the historic Boynton Woman's Club located at 1010 S.
